Subscription Terms

The B2BCentral website is owned and operated by B2Bcentral Pty Ltd. These terms, together with the Conditions of Use, govern your subscription to the B2BCentral site.

B2BCentral reserves the right at any time to modify the subscription offering and subscription terms without notice. You are responsible for ensuring that you regularly review these terms and any communications from B2BCentral relating to your subscription.

To Subscribe

You must register online at B2BCentral or contact B2BCentral to register you.
Your subscription will not proceed unless approved by B2BCentral.

You must provide the following information;

• Payment method & details
• Name & if business, ABN number
• Address & contact details
• Email address

All information you provide B2BCentral will be treated in accordance with the B2BCentral Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to inform B2BCentral of any changes to that information.

You must provide the requested details and pay the subscription fee prior to being provided access to the B2BCentral Subscriber-only section.

Payment

B2BCentral currently accepts the following methods of payment:

• Secure online credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
• PayPal

Prices of products, service, delivery and other charges displayed on this website are current at the time of issue, but are subject to change at any time. If stock is unavailable, a customer service representative from the particular Supply Partner will contact regarding an alternative selection.

Unless stated to be otherwise, charges referred to for use of any services provided by B2BCentral are GST inclusive. GST (Goods and Services Tax of 10%). All prices stated are in Australian dollars. The prices do not include any additional overseas duties and other customs charges that you may incur. B2BCentral does not convert your total into any other currency, other than Australian dollars. We will charge your credit card in Australian dollars and your credit card company will convert the charges for you.

Subscription Delivery

You are provided with immediate access to the full range of corporate rates, information, downloads and special offers upon confirmation of payment when subscribing.

An email will be sent to your nominated address with your confirmation of purchase, login and password details. You can change or update these details at any time. You can then access the Subscriber Only section using your login and password, anytime for the next 12-months.

Subscriptions are subject to the B2BCentral Terms of use.

B2BCentral Subscription Refund Policy

Upon confirmation of payment when subscribing, you are provided with immediate access to the full range of corporate rates, information, downloads and special offers. If you are unsatisfied with the service, you can contact B2BCentral within your subscription period to discuss a refund of your joining fee.

Please keep your record of proof of purchase.

Username & Password

You must ensure that your username and password remain confidential at all times as you are entirely responsible for all use, activities and charges associated with or arising from any use of your username and password (regardless of whether you authorised such use), including unauthorised use of your or any other credit card.

You must notify B2BCentral immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your username and password.

Renewal

The Renewal Date will be the equivalent of the Commencement Date in the month or year (depending on the type of subscription) following the date you were approved for subscription.(For example, if you join on January 1 your subscription continues until December 31, at which time it ends.)

Unless otherwise notified by you, at the renewal date we will continue your subscription into the next period and charge you at the rate current at the time of your renewal date. We will notify you via email about renewal.

Modifications to Subscriptions

B2BCentral reserves the right at any time to modify the subscription offering without notice including the right to change the fees it charges for products, services or features offered in connection with the B2BCentral Website at any time.

Subscriptions are Non-Transferable

Your subscription to B2BCentral provides the individual subscriber and employees of the business ABN, the right to access the B2BCentral Subscriber Only section. You may not transfer, assign, or sell your subscription to any other business or person that is not specifically the business, or employed by the business of which the ABN has been provided.

For convenience you can purchase additional log-ins for different employees of the same business, who will be registered under the same business ABN at a rate per log-in, specified in the Subscriber Only section of B2BCentral.

B2BCentral reserves the right to terminate your subscription if this is breached.

Communications

By subscribing to any of the products or services offered on the B2BCentral Website, you agree to opt in to email tips, marketing communications and newsletters. You may unsubscribe from each of these communications using the unsubscribe function at the bottom of each email info@b2bcentral.com.au or by calling B2BCentral Customer Service on (03) 9421 3618.

By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Subscriber Terms and Conditions, the Website Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy of the B2BCentral website.
