Delivery & Returns on any Corporate Rates or Offers via B2BCentral
Each order through B2BCentral is fulfilled by the specific Supply Partner you have purchased from – this includes the delivery and returns processes.
Each Supply Partner has a different policy when it comes to Refunds and Returns. Should you have either a delivery or refund concern please submit your enquiry via the B2BCentral Fulfilment Contact page to contact the nominated representative from that supplier to assist you directly.
Each item may be assigned a “handling charge” by the Supply Partner which is tallied up for your total purchase. This is solely at the discretion of the Supply Partner and B2BCentral will not enter into discussions over delivery charges.

If you are unsatisfied with the service, you can contact B2BCentral within your subscription period to discuss a refund of your joining fee.
