B2BCentral is an independent online sales channel for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Subscribers pay a nominal amount to access corporate pricing that isn’t offered anywhere else.
How will I benefit?
Our negotiated discounts on products & services enable subscribers to save time and money with access to exclusive discounts. Most subscribers can recoup their annual fee by accepting just one or two offers.
Are there any hidden fees?
There are no hidden fees. The annual levy grants unlimited access to B2BCentral offers. if you have an ABN yopu can even claim it on tax.
Where do the offers come from?
Offers are aggregated with B2BCentral’s participating business Partners. Each Partner enjoys exclusivity in their industry, allowing them to offer unique deals to subscribers.
How will my purchase be fulfilled?
When you make a request or purchase on B2BCentral, your order details are sent to the appropriate company and they will fulfil your order directly.
Can I request a specific offer be added to B2BCentral?
Yes. The offers available on B2BCentral have been negotiated over time with our participating Brands. Subscribers can request additional products or services & based on these requests, B2BCentral will endeavour to negotiate discount rates on behalf of all our subscribers.
Will my information be kept private?
Yes. B2BCentral keeps all personal information private. Read our privacy policy.
Can anyone join?
Yes, Anyone with an ABN can join. B2BCentral is available to anyone who runs or is part of a business.
How can I stay updated on new offers?
Our monthly online newsletter will keep you updated on all new offers. Subscribe to our newsletter.
What if I forget my login details?
Use our forgotten password function located under the login box. Your details will be emailed to you immediately.
Can anyone at my company access the site?
Each Subscriber will have only one username and password. If you choose to share this information with other people in your company, ensure you have read the Subscription Terms.
If I’m not happy, can I get a refund?
If you’re unhappy with our service, please contact us to discuss. We will do our best to address your individual needs.
